EPL Week #8 Fearless Predictions

After another international break, the EPL is back in full swing with a full slate of games for the weekend . . . it should be a good one. I am not sure if anyone noticed but I had a fantastic week picking games, so here is to another week . . . . let's go get it.

Arsenal - Birmingham (2-0)
Arsenal have the early game on Saturday and should cruise to a comfortable victory over Birmingham with a goal in each half.

Bolton - Stoke City (1-1)
A draw is on the cards in this game as both teams will be physical and try to ensure that neither team is able to get the full three points.

Fulham - Tottenham (0-1)
Tottenham will probably have their eye towards their Champions League encounter later in the week and could find the game against Fulham difficult, but I see them coming away with the victory.

Manchester United - West Brom (3-0)
Whoa, so Sir Alex is saying that Wayne Rooney has an ankle problem but Wayne himself says his ankle is fine. Something is up, but it doesn't matter as the Red Devils led by Rooney's two goals will demolish West Brom.

Newcastle United - Wigan (1-0)
This game has draw written all over it, but you know what, forget the draw, Newcastle will come away with the victory due to a headed goal from Andy Carroll.

Wolverhampton - West Ham United (2-2)
Wolves and West Ham will play to an entertaining draw with both teams taking the lead and eventually settling for the one point.

Aston Villa - Chelsea (1-2)
Can Houllier lead the Villans to an upset over Chelski? I doubt it and I see Drogba and Anelka grabbing the goals for the visitors.

Everton - Liverpool (2-2)
Turmoil at Merseyside as Liverpool are on the verge of being sold to John Henry, owner of my beloved Red Sox. As for the derby, who knows, it is a toss-up so the only safe prediction is a draw.

Blackpool - Manchester City (1-3)
I have to give credit to Blackpool, they have played fabulous football and will always look to attack, but I see City grabbing all three points.

Blackburn - Sunderland (0-2)
Again, this game will probably be a draw, but that is why this is a fearless prediction . . . Sunderland with two goals in the second half, watch out now!

OVERALL RECORD
31-39
