The NBA lockout means a couple of things . . . . NBA players begin doing stupid things, like planking (see the picture below of Gilbert Arenas) and my beloved New York Knicks are tied for the best record in the league. So with the increased free time these guys have to keep themselves busy somehow and someway. Enter Mr. Kobe Bryant and his talent-less soccer skills . . .
First we have to go back to Gilbert . . . . (planking is already old news, check out the owling photos below)
Now that's what we in the business call great owling . . . .
Ok, you didn't click on this link to see people owling but rather poke some fun at the soccer skills, or lack thereof, of a certain NBA superstar . . . Mr. Kobe Bryant.
This past weekend Kobe attended Mia Hamm's Celebrity Soccer Challenge in Washington D.C. The charity event was sponsored by Barcelona and the latest Crash & Burn airline, Turkish Airlines. After the match Kobe was asked to give his own assessment of his play. He said, "I know who wasn't the MVP . . . . that was me."
I think you might agree with Mr. Bryant's very honest assessment after you see the following clip:
Not to pick on Bryant but his problems worsen when photos are being published of him with his hands down is pants when he is talking to Alex Morgan. I think Kobe has had his fair share of problems with white women.
But then again sometimes Kobe does bring his 'A' game as during halftime between the recent Barcelona - Manchester United friendly.
