EPL Fearless Predictions - Round #13

Welcome back to the EPL Mr. Rafa Benitez! Ahh, I have missed you so much. From your perfectly shaped goatee to your fascinating Spanish accent, the EPL is always a better place when you are involved. And the fun doesn't stop there as QPR are on the verge of bringing 'Arry Redknapp to the club. YES! I am way too excited for this managerial merry-go-round so let's get to this week's fearless predictions.

Sunderland - West Brom (2-1)
Right now West Brom would be in the Champions League ahead of powerhouse clubs such as Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham. That is absolutely amazing. Regardless, I see the Stadium of Light being their downfall as Sunderland grab the victory.

Everton - Norwich (2-0)
Everton play up or down to their competition. It is a typical trait from a club that is not good enough for the top four yet still in the upper half of the table. Norwich will offer a firm test for Everton but two second half goals will secure the three points.

Manchester United - QPR (6-0)
QPR fires their winless manager, Mark Hughes, on the eve of a trip to Old Trafford. Honestly, QPR have done Hughes a favor. United will run rampant against QPR scoring a TD without the extra point convert.

Wigan - Reading (2-1)
These are the types of matches that Wigan always seem to win in order to maintain their status in the top flight of English football. Reading have done very little to impress this prognosticator and will be hard done by to grab anything from this match.

Stoke - Fulham (1-0)
Hmmm, what can I say about this match. Not much . . . so go with the home team by a solitary goal.

Aston Villa - Arsenal (1-2)
Manchester United, Manchester City and now Arsenal have been the last three games for Aston Villa and Paul Lambert. Since they have lost the first two, one must assume that the pattern of failure continues as the resurrection of Theo Walcott continues.

Swansea - Liverpool (2-0)
Brendan Rogers is rudely welcomed back to Wales as his Liverpool loses to Michael Laudrup's Swansea by two beautifully worked goals. The project at Liverpool continues.

Southampton - Newcastle (2-1)
I sense a theme here with managers visiting their former clubs as in this case Alan Pardew returns to Southampton. Again, the home team grabs a victory acting as a scorned lover who got a boob job.

Chelsea - Manchester City (2-0)
Galvanized by the Spanish One, Chelsea had City their first loss of the season courtesy of a Fernando Torres brace . . . it is Friday afternoon, there is no way that is happening but let's have some fun.

Tottenham - West Ham (3-0)
Easy win for AVB against the Hammers . . .

OVERALL RECORD
67-52
