EPL Round #28 Fearless Predictions

After another FA Cup weekend and midweek Champions League and Europa League matches, the EPL is back in full swing with a packed fixture list that is offering some appetizing matches. So without delay, let's get to the picks! As always enjoy after the jump.

Aston Villa - Blackburn (2-0)
This should be a comfortable victory for Darren Bent and crew at home against defensive-minded Blackburn. I do see Bent on the score sheet along with Ashley Young.

Everton - Sunderland (2-1)
Everton are riding a massive high after knocking Chelsea out of the FA Cup while Sunderland have been struggling as of late. I'm going with form and three points for the Toffees.

Newcastle - Bolton (2-2)
Daniel Sturridge, as predicted here, as been on quite the tear for Bolton, scoring two goals in two appearances, and I expect that to continue in a match that will end all square.

Wolverhampton - Blackpool (2-1)
Both teams would love to grab the victory here, but I am betting that the more desperate team, Wolves, will grab the victory to help their relegation battle.

Wigan - Manchester United (1-2)
United will score a late goal to grab the victory and maintain their four point cushion against Arsenal in the title chase, but let me remind you, it will be a late goal.

West Ham - Liverpool (1-2)
Gerrard was rested during Liverpool's Europa League match against Sparta Prague and he should be in top gear for a match against the Hammers, as a goal from Gerrard and Suarez will lead the Reds to the three points.

Manchester City - Fulham (2-0)
City will follow up their demolition of Aris with a comfortable home victory against Fulham. David Silva is playing very well during the past month justifying his price tag and he will pull the strings for City's victory.

Stoke City - West Brom (2-1)
Roy Hodgson's first game in charge from West Brom will be similar to his last game in charge with Liverpool and end with a defeat.

Chelsea - Manchester United (2-0)
Chelsea will have a full week off in order to prepare for this game against United and should be able to claim all three points in this massive match. Goals from Anelka and Torres will do the business as United will be fatigued from their matches on Wednesday and Saturday.

OVERALL RECORD
133-135
